With more than 400 million active users all over the world, there’s no chance you haven’t heard of Facebook! The biggest social network in the world is continuously growing and who knows what next is going to bring about.
Facebook, however, is cool and useful place “where amazing happens” (do you know where this quote comes from?) and if you use it in a proper way, you will surely be rewarded! The problem is that, most of the times, an ordinary user has more than a hundred users (friends). Every single one of them has it’s own unique, let’s name it, behavior in the web and this could be a problem for you or if not a problem, it will, at least, make you nervous from time to time.
What was making me nervous all the time, since a colleague of mine – Stanko (who is now very excited, because he is in the process of building his own blog) “revealed” me the secret “how to” – were the apps, which many users use in their everyday life! I am talking about crap like “Kiss me” or “Your lucky number (or sth..)”.
Before some days, I was complaining about this, without any idea, that it’s possible to “hide” this apps from your news feed! How lucky was I to find out that it’s possible? If you are from the people who are continuously complaining about this apps and haven’t found a solution – here is one! Stanko – thanks again!
Step 1: Move your cursor in the right angle, unless you see the Hide button. Click it!
Step 2: You have to choose whether you will hide only the application or the user’s profile! You choose!
When you hide the apps, you will see that Facebook could be even more great (says the person, who was determined not to create a profile there). Not only you will not see them again, but even better – when the news feed is reloaded, you have less news to read from!
Great thanks to you, Stanko!
Great work! Now it’s a lot better!

hahaha
) I was surprised when i saw my name on your post and I was realy suprised when you told me that you don’t know this magic option
I’m feeling like a big saver and i’m gonna blushed every moment.
sry for my english
this is quite convinient. And the same goes for many other applications(it took me some time to figure out how to stop the never ending invitations for farmville, yoville and so on and so on)
Exactly! As for me, now everything is a lot much better! My news feed is not full of, as you said, invitations and apps and it’s just NICE!
will fix it soon … It’s very irritating!
However, another problem occurred with Facebook and it’s obviously a serious one! Have you noticed that everything goes wrong from time to time? I mean, when I post something on my wall and refresh the page, it’s no longer there. When I read all of my new messages, it still says that I have unread and so on…
Hope the Facebook crew
